Meal Prep is what we're most known for. Each month we select twelve meals for you to choose from. We do the slicing, dicing, chopping, measuring, recipe creation...all you have to do is stop by and put it all together and take it home to cook.

The meals you create are taken home in freezer ready packaging for easy storage and quick preparation in the oven or on the stove-top.

After visiting Your Secret Kitchen in Sioux Falls, you will head home with delicious entrees each containing 4 to 6 generous servings. If you have a smaller family, you can order the cozy sized entrees containing 2-3 generous servings. Really in a hurry? We can have your meals ready for you to pick up at an additional charge.

It's easy!  Sign up with 8 or more friends to perpare some great meals and you all save.  You all choose 5 meals and get the 6th free.  Not valid with any other coupon or promotion.
